  • V vseh prostorih stavbe so nameščeni stenski radiatorji z vgrajenimi termostatskimi ventili. V kopalnicah je talno gretje.
  • Moderna ograja in keramika I. kvalitete na terasi in pri vhodih in kopalnicah.
  • Med enotama dvojčkov je izvedena še dodatna zvočna izolacija Knauf Insulation.
  • Po hiši so že razpeljani kabli za internetno povezavo za nemoteno delovanje.
  • Podstrešje izolirano s 26cm stekleno volno.
  • Stene so brušene, pokitane in 2x prebarvane z belo JUB barvo
  • L. 2024 je bil objekt dokončan na ključ z notranjimi tlaki, kopalnicami in beljenjem. 

 

OKOLICA JE UREJENA IN ZAKLJUČENA:

  • Zunanje ograje so kombinacija: Panelne ograje MINIS, Moderna brušena betonska ograja ŽURBI, ozkolistnati lovorikovci ter moderna dvoriščna krilna vrata iz perforirane pločevine. Navedeno omogoča diskretnost in občutek sobivanja z naravo. Hitra rast ozkolistnatih lovorikovcev, ki zrastejo od 40 cm do 60 cm na leto bo omogočila hitro popolno naravno ozelenitev in popolno intimo.
  • Ob dvoriščnih krilnih vratih je na levi strani steber, v katerem je poštni nabiralnik in izvedena predpriprava za domofon. Zaradi ločenih vhodov, ločenih nabiralnikov z domofoni dajeta enoti videz popolnoma ločenih samostojnih enot.
  • Tlakovanje je izvedeno z tlakovci velikega formata kvalitetnega avstrijskega proizvajalca Semerlock, tip: Citytop grande, ki ohranja videz in obliko tudi po dolgih letih. Debelina tlakovca je 8cm, kjer ni tlakovanja je zasejana trava.
  • Dostop je direktno iz občinske ceste, ki je bila v letu 2024 na novo asfaltirana in urejeno odvodnavanje meteorne vode ter cestna razsvetljava.  

 

PRIKLJUČKI

  • Ogrevanje je izvedeno s toplotno črpalko zrak/voda nazivne moči 10 kW. V kotlovnici je že nameščena vsa strojna oprema za ogrevanje prostorov in tople sanitarne vode. Za akumulacijo tople vode je vgrajen hranilnik tople ogrevalne vode s kapaciteto 200 l, kar povečuje učinkovitost ogrevalnega sistema. V vseh prostorih stavbe so nameščeni stenski radiatorji z vgrajenimi termostatskimi ventili.
  • Za obe enoti je bil izveden tudi priključek na javno plinovodno omrežje, v kolikor bi se kupec kasneje odločil za spremembo ogrevalnega sistema.
